Copyright and trademark infringement is the downloading, emailing, posting, or hosting of any files that contain software, video, music, or any other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity, trademark, patent, trade secret or any other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received the proper consent. It is our duty as an Internet Service Provider (ISP) to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a law enacted by Congress in 1998 to help limit and prevent the illegal acquisition of copyrighted material.
At any time, the copyright holder or owner of the material may pursue legal action. TCW will perform a best effort attempt to identify the location responsible for illegal online activity. Any violation of these terms may result in suspension and up to termination of the user’s service, legal action, and fines. A reconnection fee will apply to restore service.
